The Beholder is our 2020 Winter Warmer, a style that can be quite varied. Ours is a classic dark ale, puring a deep copper, nice white head. It has a huge complex maltiness with flavours of pastiles, and fruit cake but also creme caramel. There’s also that little touch of warmth from the alcohol that goes down so well.
